In his newly-created role, Clark will be responsible for the company’s information technology division as well as leading its consumer banking strategy.
Clark previously served as the Michigan region chief executive officer for Old National. He joined the bank in 2014 after Old National acquired United Bank & Trust, where Clark served as president.
"Throughout his distinguished career, Todd has been an exceptional leader and collaborator with a demonstrated ability to drive, champion and empower innovation," said Bob Jones, CEO of Old National. "With Todd leading our consumer banking strategy, it makes tremendous sense to combine his leadership with our technology team. He is also the consummate leader who understands that the most important asset we have is our associates."
Clark will be succeeded in his previous position by Alex Strati, who formerly served as president of Old National’s Michiana region. Strati will expand his reach to include both the Michiana markets and the company’s Michigan offices.
