The president of REGO-FIX says the Switzerland-based company is glad to open its North American headquarters in a city that matches its "dynamic, growing" path. Andreas Weber says the Whitestown area will offer the highly-educated, highly-trained people the precision toolmaker needs. The $3.5 million investment is expected to result in about 20 new jobs.

The company manufactures precision parts for the aerospace, medical and power generation industries. The new North American headquarters is in the AllPoints at Anson industrial park in Whitestown. Because Weber is also the Consulate for Switzerland in Indianapolis, the consulate will also move to Whitestown.

REGO-FIX was one of two companies that announced in 2016 that they would locate operations in the AllPoints at Anson development. The other was Carmel-based Telamon, which said it would add up to 50 jobs with the move. At the time, Chief Operating Officer Stephanie Fuhrmann said the company chose the location in part because of its convenient access to the highway and its Carmel headquarters.
