Military Boosts Indiana Company Contracts

The U.S. Navy awarded Rolls-Royce a $106 million modification to a contract involving maintenance and related logistics support for more than 200 naval engines. The work, which will be performed in Texas, Mississippi, Florida and Maryland is expected to be complete in March 2018.
The AM General deal involves a $28 million modification to a foreign military sales contract. The contract is for 150 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled vehicles for the government of Iraq. Work will be performed in South Bend, with the deal set to be complete at the end of May.
