TCC, Riley Partner on High-Tech Upgrades

Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis recently cut the ribbon on a high-tech playroom, funded in part by TCC’s Culture For Good program.
The TCC Rainforest Activity Center includes art supplies, high-tech games, touch-screen computers, tablets and a multi-media projector. It’s located on the seventh floor of the hospital.
TCC announced the five-year, $1 million partnership with Riley Children’s Foundation. That funding will go to hire three additional staff members and purchase supplies used to provide services to children. The company says the $200,000 it invested in the Rainforest Activity Center is in addition to the $1 million commitment.
In addition, TCC stores throughout the United States are selling screen-cleaning cloths featuring artwork created by five Riley Hospital patients. 100 percent of the sales of the cloths at more than 350 stores will go back to Riley Hospital.
