Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana has promoted Lisa Allen to vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer. She most recently was senior director of Total Rewards. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Purdue University.
