Indy’s Catalyst Technology Group acquired by Acrisure

Subscribe NowMichigan-based financial technology company Acrisure has acquired two Managed Service Providers: Catalyst Technology Group in Indianapolis and ITS Inc in Maine. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Acrisure says the companies will operate within its cyber services division, which utilizes AI techniques and cloud-native architecture for its security products.
“Catalyst and ITS are entrepreneurial organizations with strong leadership and deep customer relationships,” said Greg Williams, co-founder and chief executive officer of Acrisure. “Our clients will greatly benefit from an expanded Cyber Services offering with these capabilities added to our solution.”
Catalyst, which also operates offices in Chicago and Denver, provides enterprise-class IT support for small-and-medium businesses with a specialty in streamlining customer processes. ITS provides IBM system design, integration and consulting services to the manufacturing, distribution, healthcare and education industries.

Through the acquisitions, Acrisure says its clients will have access to Microsoft products, licenses, and Azure Cloud services, as well as Dell computers and components, Cisco networking equipment and software, and IBM Hardware and Software products and services.
