Omega Engineering to Join Dwyer Group

Omega, which provides sensing, control, and monitoring technologies, will join the Dwyer Group of companies, which is headquartered in Michigan City.

The businesses together offer an unmatched breadth of products and technical expertise, which we believe will provide significant value to our customers and partners.”
Omega designs, engineers, manufactures, and distributes made-to-order products. Omega also provides data acquisition, heating, and custom-engineered products.

The acquisition is expected to be complete in the third quarter. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
