Inside INdiana Sports: Kokomo Championship Park
The developer of Westfield’s successful Grand Park is looking north to Kokomo for its next youth sports complex while also adding another Pete Dye gem to its golfing resume. Henke Development Group is joining the city of Kokomo in a youth sports venture called Championship Park and at the same time is bringing to reality a golf and residential community called Holliday Farms just northwest of Zionsville.
