Cardinal Publishers Group Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Husband and wife team Adriane and Tom Doherty started Cardinal Publishers Group at their kitchen table in Carmel 20 years ago. Since then, it has grown into the largest independent book distributor and publisher in Indiana. Like most other companies, the pandemic has forced changes in the way Cardinal does business.
