Around Indiana: Indiana’s Teacher of the Year
Up until about six years ago, Tam Markey worked in the corporate world as engineer with Amoco and BP Pipelines. But the Purdue grad always wanted to be a teacher. Now Markey holds the distinction of being Indiana’s Teacher of the Year for her work at Lawrence Township’s McKenzie Center for Innovation and Technology.
