Indianapolis-based OneCause has named Stephanie Ragozzino its first chief product officer. She previously served as executive vice president of product for PERQ. 

Ragozzino brings 19 years of product management and has also held product leadership roles at Teradata and Aprimo. 

She earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science and mathematics from Purdue University.
