Roche VP on List of Influential Women Executives

Cindy Carlisle, Vice President of Human Resources at Roche Indy, was named to Savoy Magazine’s 2019 Most Influential Women in Corporate America.
Carlisle was selected from a pool of more than 500 candidates. Savoy Magazine says the group of executive women works in diverse global industries and fields, exhibiting influence in both their companies and their communities.
Savoy Magazine serves as a cultural catalyst for the African American community. The publication is noted for showcasing and driving positive dialogue about black culture.
Carlisle will appear in the summer 2019 issue. The article highlights her professional and personal achievements. The Roche executive says she was “shocked and thrilled” to receive this recognition alongside such strong businesswomen she considers as role models. “Throughout my career, my focus has always been to create corporate cultures that foster accountability and innovation allowing all employees to reach their full potential,” says Carlisle.
Carlisle has a long career in the healthcare industry. Prior to her role at Roche, Carlisle was Senior Human Resources Director of Janssen Pharmaceutical North America, a division of Johnson & Johnson. In that role, Carlisle received two Chairmen’s Awards from the company for her work towards office and staff diversity.
Away from the office, Carlisle volunteers with United Way and Zion Hope Church. She also serves as a youth and high school track coach.
