The digital marketing firm says it will relocate to new space near the city’s Nickel Plate District in March and add more than 50 positions by 2021. Inside INdiana Business first reported last month on the company’s vision to increase its footprint in Hamilton County. Chief Executive Officer Jason Hutcheson says rapid growth has caused the business model to "morph."
Iconic Digital Marketing currently has seven employees and says it will soon start the hunt to fill developer, sales and digital marketing positions. The company also says it plans to add graphic designers, marketing strategists and content writers in the future. Hutcheson says "the state of Indiana is such a great partner for entrepreneurs. The state combines a highly valuable mix of talented job applicants with a business-friendly government that makes it easy for companies to expand."
Iconic Digital Marketing, which was founded less than three years ago, says its client base has increased "sevenfold" in the last year and sales went up 50 percent in the period.
The new office space will be 1,900 square-feet. "The new office will allow us to increase the size of our team," Hutcheson says. "We have a lot of demand, and we are excited that we will now have the space to hire new team members to keep up." The company’s branding, website design, creative design, marketing consulting and marketing automation services have been used by customers ranging from Columbus-based Cummins Inc. to local organizations like Nickel Plate Arts.
Iconic Digital Marketing has been offered up to $250,000 in conditional tax credits from the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
