Mno-Bmadsen, the non-gaming investment arm of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians, has named Julio Martinez chief executive officer. He previously served as chief financial officer of the investment vehicle and had been acting CEO. Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.
