Subscribe NowDallas-based Integrity Marketing Group LLC, an independent distributor of life and health insurance products, has acquired Star Benefit Associates in Indianapolis. As part of the deal, Star Benefit Associates President Pam Evans will become a managing partner in Integrity.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Integrity says the deal will allow Star Benefit Associates to focus on growth opportunities by utilizing Integrity’s centralized back-office functions, including accounting, IT, human resources, legal and compliance.

Star Benefit Associates’ employees will also gain participation in Integrity’s Employee Ownership Plan.
