Dexter Acquires Canadian Manufacturer

National Trailer makes utility trailer, RV, marine and other components to support dealers, manufacturers and service centers in western Canada.
National Trailer employs more than 20 workers in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Dexter did not specify whether any jobs would be affected by the deail.

National Trailer Parts fills a void in our coverage of Western Canada and will allow us to more effectively service that customer base,” said Dexter President and Chief Executive Officer Adam Dexter.
Dexter operates 17 manufacturing facilities, 32 distribution centers, and employs over 3,800 people in the U.S. and Canada.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
