Warsaw-based nonprofit OrthoWorx has announced a leadership transition. The organization says Brad Bishop will retire as executive director September 1. Matthew Hall, an outside advisor to the OrthoWorx board of directors, will serve as interim executive director.

As interim executive director, the nonprofit says Hall will be responsible for the management of OrthoWorx and for developing a new strategic plan for the organization.

“As we develop a strategic plan for the future of OrthoWorx, we are grateful that Brad has stayed with us past his planned retirement date in order to get us to the point where we can make this transition and prepare for our future,” said David Findlay, president of Lake City Bank and OrthoWorx board chairman. “Brad has been a key contributor to the many successes that OrthoWorx has achieved, and we are very grateful to him for his unselfish service.”

Bishop has been with OrthoWorx for more than 11 years. Hall is also a consultant for AcceLINX, the medical device business accelerator launched by OrthoWorx.
