CertaSite Acquires Premier Electronics

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based CertaSite, a commercial fire protection and life safety company, has acquired Premier Electronics, a fire alarm and critical protection systems business in Michigan. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the company says the acquisition is its sixth in Michigan.
Premier founder Helen Gharibian will remain with the company through the transition, and Premier’s five employees will keep their jobs in the acquisition.

In addition to Premier Electronics, CertaSite says it has already acquired 12 fire protection and life safety companies.

In May, CertaSite acquired Marine Fire Sales & Service in Toledo.
