The show originates from the new Indiana IoT Lab in Fishers and chronicles the once sleepy suburb’s ascent into a national model for economic growth and entrepreneurship. Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness, tech entrepreneurs John Wechsler and John McDonald and business, academic and community leaders are featured in the hour-long broadcast, which will air tonight at 8 p.m. on WFYI 3 and at 11 p.m. on WFYI 1.

In 1963, about 350 people lived in Fishers, today the city has nearly 100,000 residents, with a median age of 34 and median household income of more than $100,000. Eighty per cent of Fishers residents own homes.
The Fishers show is the latest in the statewide IIB Town Hall series, powered by Pacers Sports and Entertainment.
