Indiana Investor Acquires Elkhart Manufacturer

Terms of the deal are not being disclosed, but Wait Industries says M-3 & Associates Inc. will continue operating under its current brand. It will also remain headquartered in Elkhart and the 16 current employees will retain their jobs.
M-3 & Associates supplies the enclosed trailer and recreational vehicle industries with products including trailer ramp spring assist lift systems, as well as under-the-floor storage boxes, bar locks, cam locks, light box assemblies, galvanized heating and cooling components, bunk bed ladders, stake pockets, microwave brackets, bases for sliding cabinets, battery trays and enclosures for liquefied petroleum gas tanks and generator compartments.
President Doug Wait says "Randy and Linda Wilson have been working hard for the last 30 years to put an excellent foundation in place for M-3 & Associates to continue to grow and prosper. Wait tells Inside INdiana Business the M-3 acquisition is a "growth story" and he will continue to explore other growth opportunities in manufacturing throughout Michiana.
M-3 & Associates was founded in 1987 and has customers in the bus, box truck and ambulance markets. Wait Industries was founded just this year and M-3 is its first acquisition.
