Few details are available, but the announcement will be made at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville.
Details are expected to be unveiled at 10 a.m.
The River Ridge Commerce Center is a 6,000-acre business and office park that includes land in both Jeffersonville and Charlestown. It was established in 1998 to grow economic activity that was lost by the closure of the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant.
The River Ridge Development Authority marked 25 years of operation at the park in November and said 2023 was its most successful year on record.
Last May, an annual report conducted by Indianapolis-based Policy Analytics LLC found that River Ridge generated more than $2.7 billion in economic impact for southern Indiana in 2022. That includes $43.6 million in total tax revenue for local and state entities.
Inside INdiana Business will have more details on Thursday’s announcement as they become available.
