‘Best Places’ Winner Speaks on Culture

Moser Consulting Chief Executive Officer Ty Moser says as more tech companies come to Indianapolis talent is harder and harder to attract, so the employees survey the program uses to rank companies helps fuel "continuous improvement" in culture.
During a Culture Matters segment in March, FirstPerson’s Paul Ashley talked about how technology solutions company is trying to create a "Google-like culture in the Silicon Prairie."
Ashley says, when the company recruits talent, its first interview is strictly about culture fit, rather than technical skills. Moser Consulting has 200 employees in Indianapolis and Baltimore. In 2017, it announced plans to invest more than $1.5 million to expand its Marion County operations and add 116 jobs by the end of 2022.
