Amstutz will develop and implement IU Health’s community health programs, with an emphasis on reducing infant mortality, smoking and obesity and increasing behavioral health services. She previously was chief medical officer at Magellan Health and also worked in leadership positions at Evolent Health, xG Health Solutions and WellPoint. Amstutz holds a medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, an MBA from University of Chicago and BS from Indiana University.
