Formstack Relocates Headquarters to Fishers

Subscribe NowData capture and workflows company Formstack has announced it will relocate its headquarters to downtown Fishers. Formstack will occupy the third floor of the Nickel Plate District building, sharing the site with gastropub Four Day Ray Brewing.
Formstack is a platform designed to help users of all industries engage with their customers and manage data. Formstack was previously located on Allisonville Road in Indianapolis.
“The City of Fishers shares the same spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation we hold dearly at Formstack,” Chris Byers, chief executive officer of Formstack, said in a news release. “Our move to Fishers is a reinvestment and recommitment to the growing tech ecosystem in central Indiana.”
The announcement follows Formstack’s acquisition of Toronto-based QuickTapSurvey in 2018 along with its growing corporate footprint and product launches like Formstack Go and Community Forms.
