Holladay Properties has donated 20 acres of Ameriplex industrial park land in Indianapolis to Damar Services. The $2.2 million parcel is adjacent to Damar’s 46-acre main campus and will be used for future growth.

“Holladay Properties’ ongoing generosity is helping to expand not just Damar’s space but also our vision for impact,” said Damar Services and President and CEO Jim Dalton. “Their gifts allow us to meet the needs of a growing population and to offer services that otherwise might not be possible.”

This marks the second gifting of land from Holladay Properties to Damar, following the donation of 8 acres in 2009.
