The school’s Ph.D. in Global Leadership program provides academic administration and organizational management specializations for faculty and staff at any accredited community college. Indiana Tech’s Vice President for Enrollment Management, Steve Herendeen, says the school has long partnered with community colleges, including Ivy Tech.
“We’re proud to introduce this new initiative to support hardworking and dedicated community college faculty and staff everywhere. By helping them advance their own education, our Ph.D. in Global Leadership scholarship program is a win-win – faculty and staff benefit by earning their doctoral degrees, and community colleges benefit by developing even more effective leaders.”
The Indiana Tech Ph.D. program was established in 2009 and now includes 200 students.
