Manufacturer to Close in Muncie

JD Norman did not provide a reason for the closure. The layoffs are expected to be permanent and will occur between December 15 and December 31. The affected employees are not represented by a union and do not have bumping rights.
JD Norman Industries manufactures metal components and systems for original equipment manufacturers of automotive, industrial and transportation products, according to its website.
