Belcan LLC is not disclosing the financial terms of the deal.
Allegiant is a professional services network serving many of the same industries as Belcan, including automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial supply chains. Lance Kwasniewski, chief executive officer of Belcan, says Allegiant’s supply chain expertise makes the company a "highly strategic fit" with Belcan’s manufacturing and supply chain services business.
"Their attractive automotive industry customer base of blue chip OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers also strengthens Belcan’s position in this important segment," said Kwasniewski. "We look forward to working closely with the Allegiant management team to realize the tremendous opportunities ahead."
Allegiant Founder and CEO Nicole Grove says the acquisition brings "exceptional growth opportunities." Belcan did not specify whether any jobs would be affected by the deal.
