NH Firm Acquires Bitwise Solutions

Bitwise Solutions Inc., which was founded in central Indiana more than 25 years ago, has been acquired by New Hampshire-based SilverTech Inc.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. SilverTech says it will retain the current Bitwise Solutions staff, including former owners Ron Brumbarger and Scott Workman, who will continue in key leadership roles. The digital marketing and technology agency says the growth of Indiana’s tech scene contributed to the move.
"This is a unique opportunity to grow our business and strategically expand into other tech-based markets across the country," said Jeff McPherson, chief digital officer at SilverTech. "Like Manchester, Indianapolis and the surrounding communities are home to a growing number of tech companies, many of which are making their way onto Inc. 5000 lists. Salesforce specifically chose the area for its culture, affordable living, and accessibility for its expansion in 2017. We think it’s the right move and we’re looking forward to getting involved."
SilverTech Chief Executive Officer Nick Soggu calls the acquisition a "strong choice" for his company. He says SilverTech will continue Bitwise’s commitment to serving the central Indiana community.
