Nelbud Services Group Inc., which merged with Indianapolis-based 360 Services in 2015, has chosen the city for its headquarters. The commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning, maintenance and repair company, formerly based in New Jersey, has also named Michael Crafton chief executive officer.

Nelbud says the existing 360 Services location in Indianapolis will be its headquarters. Nelbud says, over the past three years, it has doubled its geographic footprint to serve 23 states. In late 2016, Team 360 Services announced expansion plans involving nearly 140 new jobs. The combined company now has around 20,000 clients.

Crafton was formerly president of 360 Services. He says the company considered moving to the East Coast, but ultimately decided on Indiana "due to their commitment to local business, ideal central Midwest location and prime economic environment."
