Flexware Acquires Valpo Company

Subscribe NowFlexware Innovation Inc., a Fishers-based automation engineering and software development firm, has acquired IPACT Inc. in Valparaiso. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Flexware says the acquisition brings its total staff count to 65.
The company adds IPACT will continue its operations in Valparaiso, but will be rebranded under the Flexware name.
"We already serve some of the largest manufacturers in the world, but scalability is always a challenge," said Greg Stevens, director of professional services for Flexware. "This will give us the opportunity to serve our existing clients with more depth, and meet new clients’ needs even better from the start."
A spokesperson for Flexware tells Inside INdiana Business more information on additional jobs and incentives awarded from local and state agencies will be announced later this month.
Both Flexware and IPACT provide manufacturing IT and automation services for a variety of industries, including life sciences, food and beverage, industrial, and aerospace.
