Indianapolis-based WebLink International Inc. has been acquired by MemberClicks in Georgia. WebLink develops software for trade associations and chambers of commerce and has more than 35 Hoosier employees.

MemberClicks says "together we will buck the current trend we see in the market and create real value for what we believe is an underserved space. Simply put: We are going to double down and invest even more in the community we love."

WebLink has partnered with more than 700 organizations throughout North America and creates software designed to automate and streamline processes and optimize data for its customers. WebLink founder DJ Muller. says "this is a union that just makes sense – for both companies, for our customers and for the entire industry.
