Tech Company Growing in Fishers

Subscribe NowFishers-based technology and customer support company Netfor has announced plans to double its Hamilton County footprint. The company says it will invest more than $4 million to lease and equip a new office in the Fishers Tech Park and create nearly 100 jobs by 2021.
Netfor plans to move into the new space by the end of the year. The company says it will provide a more collaborative work space and allow it to meet increased demand thanks to the growth of the Internet of Things industry. President Raquel Richardson says the company is experiencing "significant growth" for its cloud service desk.
The Hamilton County company currently has 119 associates in Indiana and his hiring for positions in areas including cloud support, field operations, customer service and sales. Netfor was founded in 1995 and provides services at more than 7,000 locations throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Netfor more than $350,000 in conditional tax credits and training grants based on the job creation plans. The city of Fishers is considering additional incentives.
