Fishers-based Dora Hotel Co. LLC has announced plans to build a $14 million hotel in Terre Haute. The Home2 Suites by Hilton is expected to create 30 jobs when it opens in September 2018.

The four-story hotel will include more than 90 guest suites, all of which will have an in-room kitchen, work area and media hub. The hotel will also include amenities including Wi-Fi, a pool, fitness room, guest laundry and pet-friendly rooms.

The hotel will be located at 2625 South Sycamore Crossing Street, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, which is also owned by Dora. The project is Dora’s fourth in Vigo County, along with Hilton Garden Inn and Candlewood Suites in Terre Haute.

The project is being financed by Terre Haute-based First Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: THFF).
