Phil Repp has been chosen as dean of the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University. He has been serving as interim dean since September 2015. Repp oversees the Departments of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning, and all related college programs. His appointment is effective June 1. Repp has served the university as vice president for Information Technology since 2008 and was associate vice president for IT before that, starting in 2002. He has served in numerous roles of progressive responsibility since beginning his Ball State career in 1981 as an assistant professor of art. He earned his master of arts in design at Michigan State University, Department of Human Environment and Design, in 1978. Repp is a 1975 graduate of Bowling Green State University.
