David Kerr is now chief executive officer of Octiv, formerly known as TinderBox, as Dustin Sapp steps down for a sabbatical. Kerr previously served as chief operating officer.
Sapp founded the document workflow technology provider seven years ago as TinderBox with Mike Fitzgerald and Kristian Andersen. "Building and leading Octiv for the past seven years has been the most rewarding experience of my career,” Sapp says. “I’m extremely grateful that the business is in David’s capable hands, and look forward to continuing to engage at a strategic level with David and through the board."
In September, the company completed a $4.75 million round of funding. Kerr. says "it’s an honor and a privilege to lead Octiv’s next chapter of growth. Octiv remains committed to delivering breakthrough solutions that deliver outstanding value for our customers."
The company now has 350 global customers.
