Subscribe NowFishers-based First Internet Bancorp (Nasdaq: INBK) has promoted Nicole Lorch to chief operating officer. Lorch, who has been with the bank since it opened in 1999, most recently served as senior vice president of retail banking.
Lorch has also previously served as director of marketing and vice president of marketing and technology with the company. The parent of First Internet Bank says, in her new role, Lorch will manage day-to-day business operations "while designing strategies to support growth goals."
"This promotion recognizes the quality of Nicole’s execution of her varied responsibilities and her unwavering commitment to our customers for nearly 18 years," said David Becker, chief executive officer of First Internet Bancorp. "Under Nicole’s leadership, we expect to further the mission of our Company by building bridges between our banking services and the people and businesses that use them."
Lorch began her new role January 1. The announcement of her promotion comes less than a week after First Internet Bancorp reported record fourth quarter and full-year profit.
