The health information technology company says the new advisors bring a track record of success that will benefit the company and its customers.
Among the new advisors is Kent Parker, founder and president of Snake Run Capital, who Curvo says helps software companies scale and grow their businesses. He is joined by Tom Faciszewski, former chief medical officer of St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho, Steve Piotraczk of Florida-based Aquila Healthcare Development, Brent Petty of Kentucky-based Lexmark and Brian Groves of Illinois-based Strata Decision Technology.
"Curvo has had the benefit of Kent’s expertise in building our company, and it’s been invaluable," said Andy Perry, chief executive officer of Curvo. "We are excited to complement that in welcoming Steve, Dr. Faciszewski, Brent, and Brian to the Advisory Board. We’re honored to have such talented team members join this effort."
Curvo’s cloud-based platform allows medical facilities and device companies to share information and potentially lower costs. The company was named a finalist in BioCrossroads’ New Venture Competition in 2013.
