She previously served as a technical assistance coordinator at the Great Lakes Equity Center. Macey earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Williams College and her doctorate in education policy from Indiana University. Jessica Fraser has been named director of the Institute. She has been with the organization since 2008 and was promoted to program manager in 2012. She previously served with the Service Employees International Union, Local 3 as a researcher. Fraser earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Mary’s College and her master’s degree in political science from Ball State University.
