Luis Molina will take over as chief executive officer of the hospital July 1.
Molina has served as chief financial officer for the hospital since 2007 and administrator of CCNI since 2013. He will succeed Donald Fesko, who is taking over as CEO of CFNI following the previously-announced retirement of John Gorski.
CFNI says Alan Kumar will replace Molina as administrator of CCNI, which is the physician network of Community Healthcare System. He will also take over as chief medical officer for the health system.
Molina will also be succeeded by Daniel O’Brien, who will serve as chief financial officer. O’Brien previously worked for Academic Medical Center Connection in Chicago.
"We are pleased to welcome these individuals to executive leadership positions in our organization," Fesko. "They have all demonstrated the type of leadership that will help fulfill our mission, be responsive to the challenges in healthcare, effectively manage our resources and maintain our commitment to quality care to benefit the community."
