Ricker’s to Offer Free ATM Withdrawals

Anderson-based Ricker Oil Co. is launching an initiative to offer free ATM cash withdrawals at all 56 Ricker’s Convenience Store locations throughout Indiana. The company says the move will give Ricker’s the largest network of free ATMs in central Indiana.

Ricker’s says customers will be able to make cash withdrawals without being charged a usage fee, regardless of their banking institution. 

"Offering free cash withdrawals at our in-store ATMs is just another way we can give back to our fellow Hoosiers," said Quinn Ricker, president and chief executive officer. "Ricker’s is an Indiana family-owned business and it has always been our top priority to take care of our own."

The announcement comes nearly three months after Ricker’s unveiled plans to invest $150,000 in anti-skimming technology at each location. The move aims to eliminate identity theft via credit card skimmers, which has seen a surge recently at central Indiana gas station.
