Indiana University President Michael McRobbie is scheduled to make what the university is calling a major announcement Wednesday morning. McRobbie will be joined by Indianapolis philanthropists Sidney and Lois Eskenazi at the event, which will take place at the IU Art Museum.

The announcement is set for 11:00 a.m. McRobbie will speak at the event, alongside IU Bloomington Provost and Executive Vice President Lauren Robel and IU Art Museum Director David Brenneman.

Sidney and Lois Eskenazi are the namesakes behind Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis. The couple gave a $40 million gift in 2011 to build what would later be named the Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in place of the former Wishard Hospital.
