The 1,100-space parking garage is part of the $110 million Ash Skyline Plaza.
The Skyline Garage is owned by the city, which has made a nearly $40 million investment into the project. The ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday.
The Ash Skyline Plaza will feature several high-profile tenants. Ash Brokerage itself plans to begin moving its employees into the building later this month. Corporate tax consulting firm DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Inc. recently announced it would move into a sixth floor office with plans to nearly double its work force.
Indianapolis-based law firm Barnes & Thornburg will also open an office in the plaza. Other notable tenants include Lake City Bank, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, DeBrand Fine Chocolates, and the executive branch of the Fort Wayne YMCA.
