Developers say there will be an additional 8,800 square feet of office space being available for lease.
The estimated $4.8 million project, being constructed at the corner of North Street and Lantern Road in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District, is expected to open this summer. It will not only house Four Day Ray’s production brewery, but also feature a restaurant and bar with multiple indoor gathering spaces and an outdoor dining space.
The brewery has been in the works for more than two years. It was founded by home brewer Brian Graham, Fishers entrepreneurs Chris Welsh and Matt Troyer, along with brewer Mitch Ackerman.
"The culmination of our efforts and the opening of the brewery are just a few short months away," says Graham. "Everything has come together better than we ever imagined and we are very excited to be a part of the Fishers community. The City of Fishers is doing great things to make this an exceptional place to live, work and play."
The brewery says it plans to distribute its craft beers to local bars, restaurants and liquor stores after opening. It will also feature regular live music upon opening.
"The goal is to bring a great neighborhood brewery to our hometown. We want to make this a gathering place for all of Fishers and its visitors, and really show how great a community Fishers really is." says Troyer.
Welsh adds the group is committed to using as many local resources as possible for the project. Both the architect that designed the building and the general contractor are based in Fishers.
