The city of Westfield has unveiled plans for what Mayor Andy Cook says will be "the heart and soul of downtown." Developers say Grand Junction Plaza will include a stage, wetland pavilion and space for cafes and restaurants.

Cook says says the plans put the process closer to completion after "years of community input and planning have brought us to this point."

The designs were crafted by LAND COLLECTIVE, HWKN and Bruce Mau Design.
