The Star Press in Muncie reports the Headwaters Wind Farm should be fully operational by the end of the year. The farm, which is owned by Texas-based EDP Renewables North America. It is expected to generate 200 Megawatts of electricity for Indiana Michigan Power.
Work began a year ago and involves the property of more than 200 land owners.
More than half of the turbines have already been turned on.
